Every workout is a guided, 1-hour, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels and requires no weights or equipment and is determined by your preferences and fitness goals. We offer Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Strength Training, Endurance, Cardio, Weight Loss, and more. Possibly you’re preparing for a wedding, class reunion, training for a team sport, marathon, a film role or just want to look and feel your best.

Focused, Efficient Workouts

STREETFIT workouts are what we call “workout dense.” You’ll likely get more fitness in one hour with STREETFIT than most people get in two or three hours at the gym. This is because of our workout format and accountability that can only happen with a 1-on-1 instructor.

After a brief assessment in your first session, you get a full-body, functional workout that suits all levels, requires no equipment, and combines strength, cardio, and bodyweight resistance while moving to the beat of pumping music — often paired with dietary recommendations. It’s a full hour dedicated to your well-being — results-driven, fun, efficient, and energizing.

STREETFIT provides (in-person, trainer-led) full-body workouts that are good for all levels and require no weights or equipment. The first session is a standard format which is based on a short online evaluation. After that, you are able to choose which format you would like to focus on. We will provide a certified STREETFIT trainer to lead you through your workout.
