Payment is required to book a session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Members enjoy priority booking and flexibility: New or additional sessions can be booked with 3 days’ notice. Each member is allowed one free emergency change every 4 weeks for sessions canceled or rescheduled 24–2 hours before a workout; after that, a $50 fee applies. Sessions canceled or rescheduled less than 2 hours before a workout are forfeited and not eligible for make-up.

Non-members have more limited flexibility: New sessions require 1 week’s notice, and sessions canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before a workout are forfeited and not eligible for make-up.

This covers your trainer for time booked. As a courtesy to your trainer, as much notice as possible is always appreciated.

Missed sessions may be made up within 2 weeks of the original date. All make-up sessions are subject to availability. Unused make-up sessions expire after 2 weeks and are non-refundable.

We require 2 weeks’ notice for the following:

• 
Membership upgrades or downgrades (prorated as needed)
• 
Booking new sessions (members and non-members)
• 
Signing up a friend

Freezing Membership


Memberships may be frozen once every 6 months for up to 4 weeks with at least 2 weeks’ notice.

Canceling Membership

You may cancel any time with at least 2 weeks’ notice. (It’s best to do this 2 weeks before the end of your billing cycle as there are no refunds, and we want you to maximize your membership.) We hope you enjoyed your experience with us. Should you choose to return within 6 months, your $200  signup registration fee will be waived—a little thank-you for staying connected. Returning members after 6 months need to signup and pay the registration fee again.
